Please note that:
- Registration time zone is subject to the GMT – Greenwich Mean Time (UTC +0)
- Full-registration and student tickets include a banquet on September 5, 2024, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Please note that additional banquet tickets for extra persons can be purchased during the registration process
- If you register as a student, please email a valid student ID or a proof of registration from the University or College to bbh@jf.fo
- Presenters of accepted abstracts must complete their registration and payment before May 31, 2024, to secure inclusion in the Congress programme. Registration payments that are received after that date cannot be guaranteed a place in the programme.
- The Technical Field Trip is exclusively available to registered participants of the Congress, including accompanying persons. This ticket is an optional add-on that can be selected during the registration process. Please note that the Islands Water Congress reserves the right to modify or cancel the field trip if fewer than 20 participants are registered. To book your tickets, please click here.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refund requests for registration will only be accepted from early-bird and regular ticket buyers. Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made by July 31, 2024. After this date, a 100% cancellation charge will apply. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and any currency exchange differences will be the responsibility of the refund applicant. All cancellations must be communicated in writing to bbh@jf.fo before July 31, 2024.
